Introduction
I am a physiotherapist and completed a master's in Physiotherapy sciences at Utrecht University. My work as a physiotherapist focuses on rehabilitating golf, sports, and general injuries. My research focuses on the prevention of golf injuries with a warm-up program and the implementation of the program. While there was no injury prevention program yet for golfers, we developed a Golf Injury Prevention Program. The GRIPP trial assesses the effectiveness of the developed golf injury prevention program. In addition, we are assessing the golfer's experiences and their vision on the implementation of the Golf Injury Prevention Program in a recreational golf setting.
