Education and career
Since 1998, I have worked as a researcher and doctor, after obtaining my degree in medicine (University of Utrecht). I joined the department of Rheumatology in 2013 and fulfill my current roles since 2017. I successfully defended my thesis "Sublingual immunotherapy in children with allergic rhinitis" (Dept. of Allergology & Dept. of General Practice - Erasmus MC) in 2012, for which I received the Dutch Allergology Prize.
