Introduction
The ability to engage in constructive conversations with colleagues in a dynamic and challenging work environment in the healthcare setting is crucial for maintaining mental strength and well-being. We developed an e-learning that equips health care professionals with skills to have a constructive conversation in any collaborative situation. We have developed a concise e-learning program focusing on basic mediation skills. Our ambition and research goal is to further develop and study conflict resolution training among health care professionals.
The PhD project is called 'FOCUS': Stimulating open culture and diversity via distribution of basic conflict resolution skills among health care professionals.
